My front temporary tooth fell off and I went to the emergency care (24/7 at this clinic). Dr. Eva treated me and was extremely professional, did a great job sticking it back on in a matter of minutes.
I give 1 Star because you can't give 0. I had an appointment yesterday with them to glue a part of the retainer that had come off, they put glue on all sides except in the corresponding place (I know I just dropped the glue that I had been “fixed” while I was walking my dog, 2 hours after leaving this clinic), they filed one of my fangs excessively because they had retainer glue left on the fang and now I have pain in that tooth, now I have 3 teeth with the enamel is scratched (I don't know how they can make such a fuss about gluing a piece of retainer) and to make matters worse, when you try to tell them that you feel it's not done well, they don't pay any attention to you. Now I have to go to the emergency room to another clinic, so they can do the work that they haven't known how to do here (because I need to re-glue the retainer since the glue they put on it fell off 2 hours after leaving the clinic. )
I DO NOT THINK TO RETURN
I do not have enough characters to express the degrading treatment received in this center.
On my visit to the Adeslas Dental Clinic in Madrid on December 5, 2023, I experienced a series of problems upon arrival. Despite having an appointment scheduled for an urgent root canal, Dr. Padilla Sosa and her assistant showed an obvious lack of professionalism and empathy.
The Dr. arrived late and in no hurry to see me, which was especially frustrating after having indicated my urgency due to a previous visit to the ER. The wait was marred by the contemptuous attitude of the assistant and glances and a sigh accompanied by a "Oh my God..." while she prepared the consultation.
Once in the consultation, Dr. Padilla Sosa and the assistant continued with an unkind and contemptuous attitude. The Dr. seemed uninterested in my urgency and ultimately refused to perform the root canal at that time (as indicated, the appointment was not properly scheduled), suggesting a new appointment for later.
After a tense exchange with the Dr., I decided to cancel the visit, leave the office and speak to the receptionist, who was the only kind and empathetic person during the entire experience. After several attempts by the receptionist, the coordinator finally agreed to assist me, but the assistant continued with derogatory comments.
The endodontic treatment was performed without me being asked to sign prior consents or provide relevant information about my medical history. During the procedure, the assistant handled the suction equipment roughly, causing discomfort.
The x-rays were also problematic, with Dr. Padilla Sosa adopting a raised, unfriendly tone while indicating proper positioning. The lack of empathy and care throughout treatment contributed to a hostile and distressing environment.
Upon leaving, the receptionist was the only source of support and kindness, issuing an invoice for collection, since they overcharged me for not properly accessing my policy data, despite suggesting they generate a locator number. Despite the negative experience, the receptionist's attitude was remarkable.
I have read that I am not the only case, the clinic should take measures and improve the quality of service and the attitude of its staff.
I encourage you to make formal claims through your insurance and the dental school in this case.
If I could give them 0 stars that would be fair. At the reception they don't even greet you or look at you. I paid for 7 treatment and I have been waiting for 4 months for them to call me to start it. I have already come 4 times and always the same answer. They're going to call me when they know something. Not even the dentist has the nerve to say something that he tells other people to say. Bad choice.
My experience at the dental clinic has been excellent. The professionals are very competent. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt very welcomed and in good hands. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for quality service and exceptional treatment.
